I'm currently rocking the role of a product manager at a tech company. Our mission? Empowering Indonesian MSMEs to conquer the online world and embrace all things digital.     Product Manager (User)

    As a Product Manager in the User Squad, I primarily focus on enhancing user experiences by facilitating upgrades to user types and increasing credit limits. My role involves strategic planning and implementation of features that improve user satisfaction and financial accessibility.

    Highlights:
    • Managed both manual and automated processes for user upgrades and credit limit increases.
    • Collaborated closely with the risk team to identify and implement optimal scenarios for user upgrades, balancing growth with risk management.
    • Integrated third-party services and improved internal processes, helping to reduce costs.

  2. SIRCLO

    Product Manager
    2022 - 2024

    I have been leading multiple product teams, ranging from promotions and performance marketing to enhancing the buyer experience and managing the full SIRCLO Store Platform.

    Highlights:
    • Successfully managed 3rd party integrations, including Meta API, Payment Gateway API, and Logistics API.
    • Achieved a significant increase in website traffic for merchant websites, up to 60%.
    • Implemented a strategic webstore transaction fee to optimize the cost of goods sold (COGS).
    • Streamlined operational efficiency by integrating a logistics aggregator, paving the way for future development initiatives.

    • Took responsibility for developing reporting features for dealer performance and credit application for top management to facilitate monitoring and strategic decision-making.
